Pennsylvania State Mandated Dental Screenings

Just a reminder that Pennsylvania State Mandates Dental Screenings on all Incoming Kindergarten, 3rd grade and 7th grade students. If you wish to have the school dentist complete the exam, you are required to sign a permission form. These permission forms will be sent home again if they aren't returned to the health office by October 1st. You may opt to have your family dentist complete the exam and return the appropriate form to the Health Office. These forms are available under the Health tab on the school website.
