Here you will find copies of public meeting agenda and minutes of past meetings. The agenda are posted as they become available prior to the date of the meeting. Due to last minute changes, sometimes you might not find the meeting minutes until the day of or the day prior to the meeting. Minutes of prior meetings are posted to this site after they have been approved by the Board of Directors - this is usually done during the monthly business meeting of the Board.
